We are looking for an experienced MetaTrader5 Administrator who will work with us on multiple servers/projects. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Operation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible of managing a pre-designed server, and/or designing, implementing and managing a new server from the scratch. Additionally, you will be sharing your expertise with our jonior operations teams on regular training sessions.

Responsibilities:

•⁠  ⁠Manage existing servers: all MT5 admin related setups plus server related jobs, including updates, performance monitors and improvements
•⁠  ⁠Start new server projects: design, implement and manage newly added MT5 servers
•⁠  ⁠Integrate trading platforms with liquidity bridges
•⁠  ⁠Train jonior team members, monitor their progress
•⁠  ⁠Allocate MT5 administrator jobs within the team
•⁠  ⁠Debug current trading/pricing issues and create a knowledge database with your experince for future reference

Qualifications:

•⁠  ⁠Proven experience on Leveraged Traing backend systems
•⁠  ⁠Fluent Metatrader5 Administrator/Dealer knowledge is a must
•⁠  ⁠Fluent Bridge Technologies knowledge is a must. You should be able to start using any bridge given to you in a very short time and be able to integrate it to any trading systems (if possible)
•⁠  ⁠Good communication skills
•⁠  ⁠Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
•⁠  ⁠Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
•⁠  ⁠Good team management skills
•⁠  ⁠Fluent Excel and database skills
•⁠  ⁠Good verbal and written communication skills in English are required
