Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain high-performance server-side applications using Java.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between various components of our software.
• Implement and optimize basic multithreading and concurrency concepts to enhance application efficiency and responsiveness.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall design and development process.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring the smooth operation of the applications.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Backend Developer with significant experience in Java programming.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with multithreading and concurrency concepts.
• Demonstrated participation in the development of applications beyond Spring Boot web portals (e.g., backend systems, APIs, microservices).
• Netty, gRPC/protobuf, disruptor, QuickFIX experiences are nice-to-have.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and server-side technologies.
• Solid grasp of object-oriented principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
